Quality food demands skill, time, technique and most importantly quality ingredients. We choose our ingredients based on season/availability/local produce. We buy as much local/seasonal as possible and work closely with all our suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients. Our menu prices doesn’t allow us to venture too extravagantly on premium products or most of the seafood but we do try to buy best(whatever we buy in our limited budget).
We buy our vegetables, fruits, eggs, perishables and dairy from Total produce(cardiff)
We buy our perishables/ grocery and butchery from Castell Howell (Llanelli, Carmarthenshire)
We use rapeseed oil in our cooking and source it from Olleco (Newport)
